ENERGY:
fire outside, use big quantity Coal/HFO /Gas /Fire Wood fire inside,less quantity coal. fire inside, less quantity coal;if the material is coal gangue or waste coal then no need coal.

Pollution:
the waste air is absorted by the wet brick when dry the brick, about 10%-3% is discharged, thus reduce pollution, ECO friendly,

Capacity:
it can produce everyday, capacity is high, minimum capacity is 100,000pcs per day(standard size brick)

Material:
clay + coal, clay + coal gangue, clay + waste coal( the garbage coal after fire), only coal gangue, 20% clay + 80% waste coal

Land:
small land, no need land for dry the bricks by sunlight, only one dryer kiln, save 20% land than wheel kiln.

Labor:
20-40 labors to produce

Quality:
easily control by temperature meter, quality is perfect,automatic laying system can reduce the damage of bricks.
